For the third consecutive year Rose Gracie will once again bring her competition to The Los Angeles Fitness Expo creating the ideal environment and venue for top-notch competition. She is expecting over 400 competitors ranging in age from 5 to 50. Along with The Gracie US Nationals and Gracie Kids World Championships the weekend features 9 other competitions including Global Fitness' Scot Mendelson Pro Bench Press Classic, Warriors Wrestling, Velvet Industries Ring Girl Competition, USPF Powerlifting Meet, The Gaspari All-American Strongman Challenge, The BodySpace SpokesModel Finals, and the popular series of Champion Nutrition MaXReps which offers attendees the chance to win $2000 in cash by maxing out on various exercises.
